Welcome to Primrose Hill

A sleepy, wealthy corner of North London, where hand-bag pooches are paraded and yummy mummies grace the chic-est cafes to gather for a gossip. A famous view from the top of the hill. Some very prime property. That’s Primrose Hill, isn’t it?

Up to a point. But so much more.

The view from the top of the Hill must be the most striking feature of our little patch. St Paul’s, the BT Tower, the London Eye, the Shard….laid out before us and changing with the light.

Our colourful shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes define Primrose Hill, not just on Regent’s Park Road- take a look at the far end of Gloucester Avenue at the junction of Princess Road, and Chalcot Road at the Fitzroy Road crossroad.

And who could overlook our exquisite Victorian terraces and beautiful villas, preserved and modernised with style. Then throw into the mix a few examples of the best of modern design through the decades…most of us can name our dream home somewhere on the streets of Primrose Hill.

But the charm and addictive quality of Primrose Hill is riven through with the past: blue plaques hint at significant former residents, and we will be digging deeper into how the passage of time has shaped our neighbourhood.

Check back in with us soon for a closer look!
