ADAM TRIES ABOXR

This week Adam gave ABOXR a go, and to cut to the chase, he was thoroughly impressed.

He says:

At ABOXR you start off by doing a variety of activities to determine your state of fitness. These are the rowing machine, a variety of core tests and their Assault Bike. This would be fun for anyone. You don’t need to have done boxing or any other combat sport before, or be highly experienced in fitness to enjoy doing the assessment. Ali will be able to structure your introductory session well to make sure that you enjoy it and achieve a lot and get very helpful feedback. After that, they recommend a fitness plan that is right for you to really make progress on your fitness goals.
