Primrose Hill certainly has its share of prime property, with its signature Victorian stucco villas, multi-storey town houses and chocolate-box terraces. There are also some modernist gems, and conversions of the area’s old piano factories. A little patch of the Primrose Hill magic to call your own doesn’t come cheap, especially as most home-owners are in it for the long haul, and houses in particular are in short supply.
