Friday morning’s Brexit result caused many to feel they had woken up from their dreams only to be confronted by a nightmare. London’s French community gathered on Wednesday (29 June) to be consoled by their former President, Nicolas Sarkozy, who then led them in singing their national anthem, the Marseillaise.
