STEP BACK IN TIME AT THE MACMILLAN ANNUAL BALL
TV impressionist and comedian Jon Culshaw will be hosting this year’s Annual Ball for Macmillan Cancer Support at The Savoy on Wednesday 23rd November.
Guests will step back in time for a champagne reception and a vintage-inspired night of fine dining, spellbinding entertainment, and a thrilling live auction in the beautiful ballroom.
Funds raised from the live auction will directly support the delivery of Macmillan Cancer Support and Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust’s new programme – ‘Supporting you through your cancer care’.
The scheme aims to ensure patients experience the best possible care, at every stage of their journey, from diagnosis to end of treatment and beyond. It includes specialist nurses and support from expert cancer navigators who act as the first and single point of contact for all patients’ questions.
Last year the event raised an impressive £280,000 and the charity is hoping to top that this year.
Local businesses NuYu, on Princess Road, and Michael Nadra, Gloucester Avenue, are generously supporting the Ball this year.
