iLPH loves attending events at Michael Nadra Brasserie and the Ukrainian wine tasting with Michael’s tapas was exceptional.
The Beykush Winery, headed up by CEO Svitlana Tsybak, is a family wine-producer on the Black Sea shore of Ukraine.
The wines they presented began with a perfect rosé Sekt, continuing with two classic whites, two outstanding reds and ending with a deeply syrupy digestif. All were outstanding examples of their types whilst being distinctive in their own right.
Svitlana Tsybak talked us through the unique ingredients of the wines and how they are manufactured, as well as the historical significance of how the wines are created and how Beykush Wines was founded.
