ODETTES: CELEBRATING A DECADE OF BRYN

Odette’s is celebrating a milestone: chef patron Bryn Williams arrived and took the helm of the much-loved restaurant ten years ago, in October 2008.

In that time, Bryn has stayed true to his passion for creating beautiful and delicious dishes from fresh, excellent ingredients, exquisitely presented and at a reasonable price, whilst also opening two other acclaimed restaurants, Bryn at Porth Eirias, a beach-front Restaurant, Café & Bar on the North Wales Coast, and Bryn Williams at Somerset House on the Strand, London. He has also written two books, For the Love of Veg (2013) and Bryn’s Kitchen (2011), as well as making a name for himself as a highly respected guest on cookery shows such as Saturday Kitchen and Masterchef.

And as if all that weren’t enough, he recently married long-term partner Sharleen Spiteri, news which was received with delight in Primrose Hill.

Hailing from Denbigh in North Wales, Bryn learnt to appreciate food and its origins from an early age. Before taking over Odette’s, he worked in some of the most prestigious kitchens in London, including the Criterion under Marco Pierre White, Le Gavroche under Michel Roux and at the Orrery.

To celebrate this decade of Bryn, from 16th to the 27th October Odette’s are offering a very special lunch menu – two courses for £10 – and another menu featuring Bryn’s classic Odette’s dishes (see below).

Many congratulations Bryn; may you have many more happy times in Primrose Hill and beyond.
