COMMUNITY SUPPORT FOR OLDFIELD ESTATE DURING ISOLATION
Update – Day 4, 1st April
Message from organiser Helen Sweeney:
“In true Primrose Hill spirit our wonderful community have shown their kindness and love for our neighbours in Oldfield. Today we opened our free community shop in the building, Oldfield in house team were busy delivering care packages to the residents who were happy to know the community have not forgotten them and delighted with the goodies.
Thank you sincerely to our fab neighbours Primrose Hill butchers who donated 120 x eggs, bacon slices & sausages today and have committed to a weekly drop off.
The butchers are now a drop off point, 65 Regents Park Rd. Anthony’s Deli, 145 Regents Park Rd is our other drop off point. To keep the residents safe please no drop offs at Oldfield
Our dear friends at Primrose Corner / Post Office are working out the logistics to be able to accept payments over the phone that will be credited to “Oldfield shopping list; and giving us the goods at cost price.
IIf you are self isolating we can safely pick up from your home.
f you are doing a shop please add some ready meals for those who are unable to cook. These can be dropped off at Anthony’s Deli who have given us a fridge.
Please share with your networks, stay safe and thanks again for your invaluable support.”
