How did you establish your business?
Having worked for major letting agencies for 10 years I felt that I had enough experience to set up my own letting agency business in Primrose Hill.
- What made you choose your colours?
I have always liked the combination of burgundy and gold as both are bold and strong.
- What is your company’s unique selling point?
A Family run business with over 37 years of experience in Residential Lettings specifically in Primrose Hill and known for letting quality long term unfurnished houses and flats.
- What have been the highlights of your company being open on Primrose Hill?
Being part of the ever changing community for 27 years since we established in 1997, we are known as the go to letting agent.
- What have been the benefits of your company being open on Primrose Hill?
Providing both the community, our Landlords and Tenants with exceptional service in a friendly and professional manner. Known for our honesty when we value property by not giving over the top valuations just to secure a listing.
- What have been the main problems/ challenges that your business faces?
Specifically as letting agents, over regulation and reforms by National and Local Government plus numerous issues with client account banking caused by the Banks over reaction to the money laundering regulations for letting agencies. On a wider scale we have not been immune to the ongoing issues relating to Brexit, Covid, the cost-of-living crisis and the wider world economy issues due to the current wars in Eastern Europe and the Middle East.
- Which type of properties sell the most?
In Primrose Hill Village One and Two bedroom conversions with some outdoor space and family houses.
- Which parts of North West and Central London do you make the most sales in?
All our lettings are in Primrose Hill Village.
- How does your company get involved with the Primrose Hill community?
We have supported the local schools, the library, the community centre and the various summer/Xmas fairs and the associated dog shows.
- What are your future plans for your company and which direction do you think that it will be going in the future?
Just to continue doing what we do best by letting quality homes in Primrose Hill Village.
