iLPH was summoned by the Primrose Hill Sun to drop in to The Greenberry to try their Friday Moules Frites (with a glass of the house for bit extra). Always the elegant cafe with a cute menu and comforting staff. Touch of SoHo in here but its vibe is its own; and in the sun a great place to chow down outside.
Some attractive starters of pea and cress soup and peeled artichoke were followed by the moules and frites – very popular as we managed to secure the last two! The sauce was the stand out and brought the moules to life (figuratively!).
For me this was a late afternoon or luncheon elegant dish; perhaps best enjoyed during the happy hour (4pm-6pm) and ideally when catching the rays on the boulevard. And always worth trying new things at The Greenberry as it will always be relaxed, convivial and memorable.
